        Ingredients:
                    - 
                  Red cos, red oak and red butter lettuce, washed            
- 
                1  packet asparagus, washed and sliced into julienne strips            
- 
                1  packet radishes, washed and thinly sliced some fresh fenugreek leaves (optional)            
- 
                100 g pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped            
- 
                  Petals of 3 red roses, washed            
- 
                  Woolworths Bunalun Organic Rose and Raspberry salad dressing            
Cooking Instructions
Place the red lettuce leaves in a deep salad bowl. Top with asparagus, radish and fenugreek (if used). Sprinkle with pistachio and garnish with rose petals. Drizzle liberally with rose and raspberry dressing.
