When your community grows to 3000 users the registration form will be closed. You will be able to continue operating your community with its 3000 users but no more users will be able to join. You will then have the option to upgrade further if you wish to continue to grow your community.

To edit and HTML snippet for your community visit your Motribe dashboard and click on "Plugins" in the main navigation. Once you are on the Plugin screen drag the HTML Snippet box across in to your community (the screen box on the left). Then click on the "Save Layout" button. Once you have saved the layout, the HTML Snippet box will have a little wrench next to the trash can. Click on the wrench and you will be taken to the HTML Editor page.
Once you are on the HTML Editor page; enter a heading for the box you are creating. Then decide if you would like the heading to appear or not. Then enter your custom HTML content. Click on "Save Snippet" to save the HTML Snippet you have just created. Visit your community and it will be live and ready to be used!
To change the theme for your community go to your Motribe dashboard and click on "Settings" in the main navigation. Then select the community you wish to change the theme of. Click on "Themes" and select the theme that best suits your community. Motribe will add new themes over time.
Yes, creating custom pages on your community is easy. From your Motribe Dashboard click on "Content" in the main navigation. Then Click on "Pages". Then click the "Create a new page" button. Enter a Title and your page content and Save the page.

Yes you can change your community name. From your Motribe dashboard click on "Settings" in the main navigation, select the community you wish to edit from the drop down list and edit the "community Name" field. Click on the "Save site details" button to make the change live.
No you can't change your Motribe.mobi url. The only way to customize your domain name after your initial selection is to redirect your own domain to you Motribe domain.

Your Motribe dashboard allows you to ban users in one simple click. Under the "Users" tab in the main navigation just search for the user you are looking for and click the "Ban User" button next to their username. The user will no longer appear in your community.

Using the "Marketing" tab in the main navigation of your browser you are able to generate a QR Code for your community [for more information on what a QR code is click here]. Simply click on "Site QR Code" and you will be directed to a page with three sizes of your community QR Code.
To make use of the QR code you and your community will need to have a QR code reader on your cellphone. Once you have installed a QR code reader simply point your cellphone's camera at the QR code and it will read the information (a hyperlink to your Motribe community) and provide you with options thereafter.
