On 2 December, Phillippa will demonstrate recipes
from the book at Silwood Kitchen School of Cookery in Cape Town.
She will also introduce the Thermomix, an appliance that is said to replace up to 10 regular kitchen appliances, and is taking South African kitchens by storm.
