One lucky couple can win tickets to the festival and a two-night stay at Hawskmoor House.

Hawksmoor House is an historic Cape Dutch country retreat set on the 220-hectare wine farm, Matjieskuil, near Stellenbosch.

Meticulously restored, and beautifully decorated with exquisite antiques and modern touches, it is set amidst vineyards with distant views of Table Mountain.

The main house has five guest rooms - each with a terrace. There are also 9 rooms situated in annexes built on the original foundations of the farm (eg. slave cottages).

Enjoy spectacular sunsets and later, relax by the fireplace with a good book and a glass of wine in the farmhouse’s drawing room, complete with an honesty bar, i-pod docking station, internet access, books and DVDs.

The Stellenbosch wine festival celebrates its 10th anniversary and this festival showcases over 500 wines.

Culinary delights as well as educational workshops on food and wine form part of the exhibition.

It runs at the Paul Roos Centre from 28 – 31 July this year, ending the Stellenbosch wine week that runs from 22 July 2011.
